Hi! I’m Ariana Dolan—wedding day coordinator, timeline guru, and your go-to calm presence when things get a little hectic. I've been coordinating weddings for over 12 years, ever since planning my own wedding in 2013. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of overseeing more than 20 brides walk down the aisle—whether in grand cathedrals or beautifully crafted backyard celebrations.

I currently reside in Durham, North Carolina, where I live with my husband and four children. I also serve on the wedding committee for Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Parish, coordinating ceremonies at both Sacred Heart Cathedral and Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh.

I’m here to make sure the florist shows up on time, the chairs are in the right place, and the only thing on your mind is getting married.
